Staff was very nice, hard working and accomodating, but only one person at the front desk and at times (check in / check out) it was hard to ask for help because they were just too busy to help with concierge concerns also. The welcoming staff very nice and helpful, but the room was very disappointing. it was very small and had no refreshment facilities not very comfy at all. Rome is amazing.
